I hired Phoenix Paint Services for a major exterior project that included painting the rafters, front door, garage door, and side fence, as well as a more complex repair and repaint of our patio cover. I was initially unaware of the extent of the damage to the patio cover, what I thought was a simple plank replacement turned into needing almost half the structure replaced, which they handled completely. Mark came out and provided a detailed, professional quote that was in line with three others I received. I found his pricing very fair and felt confident after discussing the scope of work and reviewing his past projects. He set a start date about three to four weeks out and held true to that exact schedule, which was fantastic. Carly followed up quickly with the official, electronic proposal. When the work began, Jose, Luis, and Mark showed up on time. Jose and Luis were always punctual, incredibly polite, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Mark was also involved, making sure everything was progressing as planned. I have never experienced this level of professionalism with any previous home paint or repair work. The team completed the job on time, within budget, and the final cleanup was immaculate. The final result is outstanding as you can see from the before and after pictures. My wife and I are extremely happy we chose Phoenix Paint Services. They are, without a doubt, the best in the business we have seen.
