The thing that recently stood out to me however, which prompted me to leave a review after years of working with them, was their willingness to fix a mistake made. In 2023, we redid our kitchen and I really didn’t like the cabinet color we initially chose through our GC (not Phoenix) so I hired Phoenix to come paint over them for us and save our kitchen. They did a beautiful job but within a few months of them being done they were chipping like crazy. I assumed it was the fact that I had 4 boys so when I had them come out for a quote to touch them up and do some other bedrooms in my home, Mark the owner, said this absolutely should not have happened to the level of which it did, regardless of the kids, and he fixed them for us at and stood behind his work. We wanted to fix the kitchen, from start to finish Mark and his team updated us every step of the way. Even if they found something during installation Mark would do his best to fix it and fill the gaps and make it look great. For it being an older condo even when things came up Mark communicated and fixed it. The kitchen looks like amazing, and looks brand new. Last thing even when things were almost done, I notice the blue paint on the wall did not look great, Mark offered to paint it white so it matches with entire Kitchen for no charge. "I employed Phoenix paint services to paint my kitchen cabinets. They were dark brown stain and I wanted a medium gray. There were struggles with the paint originally used as the usual brand they use was unavailable. The paint wasn’t drying hard enough which resulted in fingerprints and other marks. Phoenix paint services ordered another paint brand, re-sanded and re-painted all the kitchen doors and drawer fronts. They are now perfect! "I met Mark and Jenn at a CrossFit gym and found out they had a painting business. Initial impressions were that they were extremely outgoing, friendly and genuine. I saw their work and when the time was right, I wanted to get a quote from them. Although we love the home we purchased, the “salmon” color on the house always threw me for a loop and knew it needed to be redone. I reached out to Phoenix Paint Services to get an estimate. I recall Mark made himself available immediately to come out to the house. Thinking it was going to cost a fortune, I was pleasantly surprised on the pricing and options, to the extent that I didn’t feel it was necessary to obtain any other bids. Our siding needed to be fixed prior to being painted and I also needed to go through the formal approval from the HOA. Phoenix Paint Services was great in providing us flexible scheduling. We were scheduled the first week of June to get the house painted but the weather had rain and hail in the forecast. With their calendar booked and the project delayed for 3 weeks (Colorado weather) they still fit us in without any hesitation and finish the job in the timeframe they quoted. I was extremely impressed with their flexibility, commitment, professionalism and the work they produced. Mark and Jenn, the owners personally walked the completed job to quality check it. "Mark did a fantastic job painting our cabinets, I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive to our initial inquiry, provided a detailed overview of his process, samples, timeline and cost. While our kitchen cabinets were in good shape they were a very dark brown and out of style. Mark painted them white and installed updated hardware, they look truly amazing. I didn't want cabinets that looked like they had been painted and Mark delivered. He's very detailed, removed all the cabinet faces, sanded them and calked them prior to spraying. He brings a mobile spray bay which kept the spray mess out of our house and then dried neatly on a vertical rack in our garage vs having them spread out all over our house and garage during the process. Our kitchen and bathrooms were also fully functional for us while they worked. The end result were cabinets that looked like they were brand new vs old ones that were painted. Mark delivered on the work he promised and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. If you are considering this type of work, Mark is the guy for the job."
